The house was completed in 2008 and therefore benefits from modern and comfortable finishings.  On the upper floor there is an open plan kitchen fully fitted to a very high standard and an open fire with a spacious living and dining area leading onto a balcony (at the front) where visitors are likely to spend most of their time.

Outside there are balconies with sea views and a large terrace with a built in BBQ ideal for those lazy summer evenings .

The Villa is 7 kilometers south from Aegina Town along the coast road.  Because of its location it is recommended that visitors hire a vehicle (or bike) for some or all of their stay. 

From the property you can to walk to the sea and beaches in only 5 minutes.  There are also a couple of very good tavernas within walking distance.
