The house has the advantage of a separate studio which is self-contained and sleeps 3. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen,shower room and its own shaded terrace and direct access to the swimming pool.

The house comfortably sleeps 8-10 people.   The living area is large and open plan with a fully equipped kitchen kitchen, dining area , traditional open fireplace and open lounge with large bay windows & spectacular views.  You will enjoy relaxing in this space or on the balcony outside from where you will find excellent sea views and sunsets. There is also the benefit of the gardener who takes care of the swimming pool daily .

The Hillside Retreat is in Tzikides which is about 4 km.from Aegina Town, and is about a 10 minute drive away.  It is just off the main roadwith its own private road up to the house. It is necessary to hire a car to travel to and from the house.
