Moni island is just a stones throw away with its natural beauty, crystal clear waters ideal for snorkeling or for the more adventurous a walk to the summit to experience a 360 degree view of the Saronic Gulf. The uninhabited island has lots of wild life and the island can be easily reached from Perdika on a regular daily boat which is only a 10 minute trip.

Aeginitissa has a very good restaurant one of the best on the island and is in easy walking distance of the house it is on the waters edge and serves superb affordable dishes with fish specialities.  It is recommended that people staying here at the house hire a car or motor scooter to get around.

This house is situated in a quiet area to the south of the island and has excellent views overlooking the sea towards the Peleponnese and the island of Moni.  It is about a ten minute drive to the town of Aegina, about 7 km. away and about 2 km. from the fishing village of Perdika. Only 500 metres from the sea.
