Starboard is a new stone built house elevated above the bay of Perdika. The magnificent views and breathtaking sunsets make this villa a holiday must. Starboard is finished to a high standard of quality which will suit those visitors looking not to compromise on their holiday accommodation. 

One of the main attractions of holidaying at Starboard are the stunning sea views.  The house has been carefully orientated in order to get the most benefit of these views.  Visitors can enjoy the views from the balconies of the property and swim in the large pool surrounded by manicured lawns and terraces.

The house was completed in 2009 and therefore benefits from modern and comfortable finishings.  On the upper floor there is an open plan kitchen fully fitted to a very high standard and an open fire with a spacious living and dining area leading onto a balcony (at the front) where visitors are likely to spend time taking in the superb views.

Outside there are well kept gardens and lawns a large terrace with a fantastic swimming pool for those lazy sunny days.

There are 5 bedrooms all en-suite ,4 with double beds and 1 with twin beds all with fitted wardrobes balconies & seaviews.

The house can sleep up to 10 people and benefits from full central heating enabling the house to be rented all year round.   

Starboard is located in the area of Perdika .

The House is 8 kilometers south from Aegina Town along the coast road.  Because of its location it is recommended that visitors hire a vehicle (or bike) for some or all of their stay. 

From the property you can to walk to the sea and beaches only 800 meters to Perdika .  There are also very good tavernas some specialising in fish within walking distance.
