You can jump into the crystal clear water right below the house and pick your own lemons and herbs in the grown up garden that is taken care of by a gardener. 
The Edge has undergone a total renovation and every inch of the house has been restored over the last two years!
The main living area opens onto the terrace and also has a brand new kitchen with all equipment.  The living space has a double sofa bed allowing a family up to six people to enjoy the whole house. 

At the lower level there are two bedrooms - one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with yacht style beds. The downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom.

Perdika is a beautiful traditional fishing village 10 minutes drive away from Aegina Town.  The village benefits from a regular bus service to and from Aegina Town.  The Edge is conveniently located in the village, within easy walking distance of a supermarket and a range of tavernas overlooking the fishing harbour and small sandy beach.
