The Grape House

Holiday in your own private home near to a lively town, and have a choice of 3 beaches with clear blue water within walking distance. Priced competitively, The Grape House offers a good standard of modernised accommodation for 5 or 6 and is in a plot packed with grape vines & fruit trees, to which guests are invited to help themselves.

Aegina town (and the ferry port) is 10-15 minutes walk and the beaches are 10, 15 or 20 mins walk away. A car is not necessary and there are a couple of convenience stores 5 mins away.

The accommodation comprises: a lounge/dining room which has been modified to create a large, sunny and open space.  There is an open fireplace if you visit out of summer.  The lounge leads directly to a large shaded terrace which is much enjoyed and guests spend a lot of their time there. All windows open to give a light, airy and well ventilated feel. There is a sunbathing area adjacent to the terrace as well as a roof terrace offering all round views from mountains to sea.

There is one double bedroom and a second bedroom with a single bed (plus another folding if required).  It is also possible to sleep a further two people in the side living area on sofa-beds.  Therefore The Grape House will accommodate 5-6 people. 

There is one bathroom (bath/shower) and a second WC. 

The kitchen is a good size and well equipped.  There is also a second terrace leading out from the kitchen where you can enjoy breakfast and sunset over open fields. 

'The Grape House' is located on the northern outskirts of the centre of Aegina Town (which is the main town of the island).  It is possible to walk to the town in only 10-15 minutes.  By walking in the opposite direction to the town you can be swimmining in the sea off a small sandy beach in 10 minutes.
