The apartment is very suitable for a couple or single person looking for peace and tranquility, yet being close enough to town and beaches, both of which are only minutes away by car or scooter. The area invites for shorter and longer nature walks. The lounge can also – against a nominal charge – comfortably accommodate a guest bed upon request.

Villa Lange was built in 2002/03 to very high specifications, and is now a magnificent house with stunning sea view in Pagoni-Mithilinea within a 4.900 m2 lot amidst mature olive trees, one of which dates back even to about 2000 years.

The apartment at the lower level of the house is very well appointed and opens to the West to a private flagstone terrace with views over the olive trees, Aegina town and harbour, and the Saronic Gulf beyond.

The spacious bedroom is equipped with a double bed and en- suite bathroom and has built-in wardrobes and tv. The sitting room is very cosy and also has a tv, it can accommodate a guest bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped and features a dining area for cooler seasons. The terrace has an outdoor dining set and gas barbeque and also two deck lounges for relaxing (shade during morning hours, sun in the afternoon).

The apartment also has access to the swimming pool with a large flagstone area surrounding it. The pool has steps at on one end and a ladder at the other. Water depth at the shallow end is 1.4m gradually increasing to 2.1m at its deepest point. The pool is available at any time and any guest using it is asked to respect the owner’s privacy.

The rooms have individual air conditioning and heating wall units; hot water is supplied by solar heating (to be switched to electric when necessary). There is a laundry machine for your use. Prices include all utilities, linen and towels, and weekly cleaning.

If you want to relax and enjoy tranquility and fantastic views this is an ideal location. It is desirable to rent a car or scooter for ease of transport. Most roads on the island are paved; the driveway to the house has a gravel surface.

The House and apartment is approx. 2.5 kilometres from Aegina town and port along the main road to Pagoni, Tzikides and Pahia Rachi. The house has its own private driveway and is signposted from the main road.
