Villa Leondaria is a private home where you will find two self-contained apartments available for rental.  The Villa is set in the tranquil location of Kleidi, between Perdika and the popular Klima Beach.  You will have use of a beautiful pool from which you can enjoy uninterrupted views across the Saronic Gulf towards Methana and Poros.  These apartments can be rented separately or together.  The owners of Villa Leondaria look forward to sharing the comfort and views of their beautiful home to people who will appreciate a peaceful and relaxing holiday. 

Apartment 1 (upper) comprises of a bedroom with double bed; bathroom with glass shower cabinet; and living room with mini-kitchen.  This apartment has TV satelite access.  Rental of this apartment includes use of a private balcony from the mini-kitchen.  This apartment would suit a couple or a single person.  It would be possible to provide an extra bed/cot for a small child. 

Apartment 2 (lower) comprises of a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with glass shower cabinet.  Adjoining this is a further bedroom with 2 single beds (an extra bed can be added).  You will also find a living room with mini-kitchen.  This apartment would suit a couple with children.

Both apartments include a small equipped kitchen, ample closet space, air-conditioning, TV with DVD, internet access, central heating, and access to a washing machine.

The swimming pool is one of the attractions of Villa Leondaria.  However, if you are visiting with children you must supervise them closely at all times.  The pool is 1.3 meters at the shallow end and 2.5 meters at the deep end.  

Villa Leondaria is located at Kleidi which is close to the beautiful fishing village of Perdika.  In 20 minutes you can enjoy the walk to Perdika where you relax over an authentic Greek meal at one of the local tavernas close to the small harbour.  From Perdika you can catch a bus to the beach area of Marathonas or on to Aegina Town.  Because of its rural and tranquil location, you may prefer to rent a car for some or all of your stay at Villa Leondaria.
