This property comprises of two self-contained apartments one above the other. Villa Mimika is the garden level apartment which is available for holiday and longer term rental.  It is set in its own grounds with attractive trees partly shielding the property from the road. The driveway from the road is common to both apartments.

Villa Mimika has two large bedrooms - both of which are en suite.  Bedroom 1 has a double bed whereas Bedroom 2 has three single beds.  There is a very large lounge/dining area (with sofa bed) and a newly fitted kitchen. Altogether there are 7 bedspaces in this apartment it would be ideal for a family of up to 5 people.

The house is located in the residential area of Livadi which is about 1.2 kilometres north of Aegina Town. This is about a 15-20 minute walk from the port.  You can also walk to the sea in 10 minutes for swimming.
