Villa Aphaia is described by one of our clients as “my favourite house in all the world”. It’s a perfect place for a holiday, with friends or family.  It offers the house or apartment, or both, to provide a combination of spacious, comfortable and flexible living.

It is no wonder that so many people want to return to this lovely Villa, which is spacious and comfortable, and has stunning south-westerly views from all the bedrooms and living spaces, of the Saronic Gulf, the Island of Moni and the mountains beyond.   

There are large balconies and lots of outdoor places in the mature gardens, all with fabulous views .  Swim, wallow, sunbathe or sit in the shade, be sociable or private, whatever suits you best!  The sunsets are spectacular, from almost every part of the house and garden.

The house accommodates up to 6 people, with a “real”, well-equipped kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave, and lots of space to cook.  There are two airy bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with 3 single beds; and a large lounge/dining room with extra sofa bed – and all rooms have their own balconies with superb sea views.  There is a large bathroom and separate shower/toilet room, as well as a self-contained shower and toilet, accessible from the pool and gardens.There is a barbecue near the pool, and a larger one to the side of the house

The swimming pool is so wonderful , and so big – 16 by 4.5 metres - that the locals call it “the Olympic pool”!  It has glorious infinity views over the Saronic Gulf, islands and Pelopponese mountains, yet is completely private, safe and exclusive.  Sitting in the pool’s jacuzzi allows total relaxation and appreciation of the best vistas on the island – bliss! But if you prefer to swim in the sea, it’s only a few minutes’ walk from Villa Aphaia, to the beautiful, gently shelving sandy beaches of Marathonas, perfect for children; and great beachside tavernas and bars for grown-ups

There is also a self contained apartment, with a private patio area enjoying panoramic views (even better than the house!) to the sea and mountains.   It has a bedroom with two single beds, living area with small double sofa-bed, kitchenette and shower room with toilet.The apartment enjoys the same gardens and other outdoors facilities as the main house, and so is one of the very few apartments available, with access to a large private swimming pool, jacuzzi and bbq areas.

The accommodation has the advantage of full ADSL wireless internet access, free of charge for people with their own laptop computers or WIFI enabled telephones.
