Aegina Property Services full management and letting service is comprehensive
and designed for the landlord who has no intention or wish of handling the
day-to-day running of the property himself. The service is a complete package,
which covers all aspects of the letting process from the initial inspection
to set the level of rent, maintenance and repairs, cleaning, regular inspections
and reports, and marketing of the property.
Full property management offers the following level of service. However we
can discuss and agree a different level of service if it would suit your needs
better.

We will prepare advertising information
about the property (including pictures) |

through any other appropriate means to attract visitors |

We will carry out an initial inspection
of the property to advise the landlord about its condition (i.e. whether any work needs to be carried out prior to letting) and what level of rent we feel is appropriate |

We will arrange more complex maintenance and deal
with contractors as necessary |

We will be the main point of contact
for visitors |

We will transfer visitors to and from their accommodation,

and otherwise help visitors make the most of their stay |

| THE LANDLORD | |
We will provide regular financial statements
(including copies of receipts) and transfer income received, less fees
and charges, to the landlords chosen bank account |

We will advise the landlords of his responsibilities
in regard to providing bedroom and bathroom linen and other equipment
for the property |

We will forward any mail delivered to the property
to the landlord |

It is important that the garden area is well maintained.
